  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic until fragrant. Slowly stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  2. Sauté the Spinach: In another pan, wilt fresh spinach with olive oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: In a baking dish, spread a layer of sauce, followed by lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta-spinach mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and finish with noodles topped with remaining sauce.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
